How long until it arrives?
Usually within a few minutes. We email you when it is credited, and you can check it anytime in My orders.
Do I have to scan every time?
No. You only scan the first time to link your account. After that it is remembered, and at this step you can add another account or choose a different one.
Can I send it to someone else?
The recipient must link their account first by scanning the code with their MothCard app. You can then select their linked account at step 2. An email address alone cannot be used to receive a gift.
I don’t have the MothCard app
You need it to link your account. Install MothCard, sign in, then come back and scan the code on this page.
Why is the gift in US dollars?
MothCard accounts are held in US dollars, so gift amounts are too. At checkout you pick the currency you want to pay in, and we show the exact amount before you pay.
What if it is not credited?
Check the delivery status in My orders. If delivery fails and cannot be completed, a full refund is automatically issued to your original payment method.
Watch out for scams. We never ask for your game password, your Google password, or any verification code, and we do not run paid-task or commission-rebate programmes. Ignore anyone asking for those in our name.
