How long does delivery take?
Usually within a few minutes. The order shows "Processing" until it is done, and we email you when it completes. You can check it anytime in My orders.
Why can’t you show my account name?
The account check verifies the ID but does not return the account name. Please confirm that the ID belongs to the intended recipient before paying.
I entered the wrong ID. Can I change it?
Not after payment. The top-up goes to the ID you entered and cannot be moved, so please check it before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Not once delivered. If we cannot deliver your order, the full amount goes back to your original payment method automatically.
Watch out for scams. We never ask for your game password, your Google password, or any verification code, and we do not run paid-task or commission-rebate programmes. Ignore anyone asking for those in our name.
